Warm greetings on this cold winter's day, beautiful Witchy Woman ~

Over the past week both online and in person, we have been bringing our full consciousness to what we want to manifest into our lives over this coming year.

Harnessing both the energy of the New Moon and the New Year, we took time to reflect on what has been; whilst casting our eyes to the future, asking where we would like to be and what we would like to experience in 2024.

Now, as the light returns we move into a new energy: The moon is Waxing and it is time to start waking up. 

This is the time of The Maiden, the season of Spring. 

A time of fresh starts and new beginnings; of curiosity, courage and action. 

It is a masculine energy that is motivating and driving us; yet the frost in the air and the bare trees remind us that we are still in the season of deep rest and dreaming.

This week in the MOONPHASE JOURNEY MEMBERSHIP we are bringing the theme of Moving Gently Towards Our Desires into our online weekly practice.

Beginning with our Gentle Breathwork Journey on Monday, we take time to slow down, breathe, reset our nervous systems and set an intention to align with our goals for the week ahead; before raising our energy with a mid-week restorative and invigorating Kundalini Yoga Practice to help us root and rise up towards the light 🙌 

Finally we close our week with a powerful EFT (tapping) Session to help us release the old stories keeping us stuck; creating new neural pathways to support our intentions; our journey and our 2024 manifestations.
