As we shift from waxing moon to full moon, it’s time to stoke the fires within and without as we prepare for action: the awakening, opening bud becomes the full bloom and ripening fruit 🌺 🍒
Most of us simply expect, or even worse - just wait around, hoping that out of nowhere we’ll feel that motivating, inspired, take up space, get shit done (fire) energy that is necessary for us to fuel our selves and dreams, but the reality is, momentum creates momentum; action breeds actions and if you want more of what you truly desire you're going to need to learn how to fan those flames yourself 🔥
We can connect to our inner flame, by connecting to the our nature within 🌀 and without 🪴
Instead of reaching for the coffee when you find yourself in a slump, why not try sitting up straight and taking a few, sharp inhales through the nose and deep sighs out the mouth and then try this fire activating morning brew instead 💁♀️
1 tsp veg broth made up with a cup of boiling water
1 tbsp of lemon juice
5 spice blend
Ginger, garlic and chilli to taste…and then a little more 😉
Fresh tulsi (Thai holy basil)
Tulsi is great for mental clarity, focus and clearing out mind clutter - just like the pranic practise, breath of fire, which is another favourite of ours in circle and The Moonphase Journey Sisterhood 🌙
