As I shared in my previous new moon medicine blog post; the new moon is a time of rest and recovery: a time to go slow, build up our internal resources so we will be ready to take action towards creating all we desire when the light returns to the dark night sky.
We can’t expect to effortlessly enjoy the journey and arrive at our expected destination if we are coasting on fumes 😬 (and have been for a while 👀)
