Lammas or Lughnasadh, Lammastide, Lambess or the Gule of August, marks the beginning of Harvest: it is a time to reflect on all we have achieved and experienced as we celebrate our efforts and progress; whilst recognising that we are now on this trajectory back towards the dark months and the time of rest, completion, contemplation and going inwards. 

Long before I began on the spiritual path, or had even heard of the wheel of the year, I always felt this deep connection with August, finding myself frequently moving home, leaving jobs and lovers, and taking time to reflect on where I was at and where I wanted to be…now it all makes sense to me as I live intentionally, in alignment with the seasons and rhythms of nature and teach this through our practices, witch crafts and rituals within my online growth, healing, transformation and manifesting coaching and meditation membership, THE MOONPHASE JOURNEY.
