The September MOONPHASE JOURNEY kicks off today with our first intentional practice: Connecting with the New Moon for our monthly MANIFESTING ritual: allowing us to get clear on what we are ready to REDESIGN, REALIGN, RECLAIM + RELEASE over the month ahead as we harness the powerful energy of the new moon, the crone, the seasonal wisdom of Winter, the element of earth, the shadows, endings and beginnings 🌚
This is how we connect with our truth and the guidance of our higher self every week in the moonphase journey sisterhood.
Through short and mighty, weekly trauma informed practices, we turn to the seasons, cycles, rhythms and teachings of nature as a framework for action, manifestation, healing and reclamation.
We activate the medicine of the feminine archetypal energies supporting us with each season and moonphase to awaken us from within…

This outdated programming that insists that bullying ourselves into “changing”, believing we are somehow broken and need to constantly be fixing ourselves and then numbing out the pain that brings with TV, mindless scrolling, fake friends, unfulfilling relationships, junk food, booze, pills and the next new craze is destroying our life force energy and natural magik as women…
THE MOONPHASE JOURNEY SISTERHOOD is calling bullshit on all that and together we have decided that we are no longer subscribing to that narrative.
We are taking the pen back and writing our own story and making our own rules…and it all begins today with the new moon 🌚
We are doing things differently in the MOONPHASE JOURNEY SISTERHOOD and together we are going further, becoming more fulfilled, making choices that serve us from a place of trust, authenticity and integrity and we are showing up in our light, without fear, healing the past, claiming our future… and making incredible friendships along the way!
As modern women have recognised that this patriarchal system we are being squeezed and forced into into like a star shaped peg in a square shaped hole, isn't working for us, and is slowly stripping us of our light, magik, intuition and voice; leaving us sicker, sadder and smaller. NOPE.
🙅♀️ We are done with feeling burnt out, frustrated, resentful, anxious, sad and scared.
🙅♀️ We are done with feeling guilty, ashamed, silenced and playing small.
🙅♀️ We are done with believing our value is based on how much we can achieve or do for others.
🙅♀️ We are done believing that we are too much AND yet, still not enough…
