Unlike the Boomtown Rats, I actually really love Monday's! 

Why, you ask? 

Because, although we can lean into this wisdom in every moment ~ with every breath; Monday's symbolically offer a reset; bringing a new energy and opportunity for a fresh start - and an invitation to reconnect to our goals, whilst setting a new intention for the week ahead.

Before learning how to harness moonphase medicine, Monday's were a pretty depressing affair; with every following day seeming to blur into the next: either waiting for the weekend or the next big thing to look forward to, or craving what was now behind me.

But that all changed when I began living in seasonal harmony, discovering a simple and intuitive framework for manifesting my dreams, connecting with my passions and simply living on purpose, with purpose and in flow with life and my authentic Self.

Every week, just as with every season; phase in our menstrual cycle and season in our journey through womanhood, the moon offers a guiding energy, which connects all of these cycles, providing medicine and a power that we, as women, can experience both within and without.
